WORK FIRST AID.

 

PROCESS:

First we have been the 4 components of the group we have seen the videos, we have understood them and we have raised ideas .

USEFUL: 

I think these practices are useful because any time a person is experiencing something, you can help them and you can save them life.

Now I will explain each of the maneuvers we have used to make the simulations.

1º RCP.

It is an emergency procedure to save lives that is used when the person has stopped breathing or the heart has stopped beating. This can happen after one, a heart attack or drowning. CPR combines mouth-to-mouth breathing and heart compressions.

2º CHIN-FRONT

The chin-front maneuver is a simple technique used for the de-airing of the airway. When a person falls unconscious, the tongue can fall back and plug the air inlet..

3º THORACIC COMPREHSION .

Thoracic compression is a first aid maneuver that is practiced in two circumstances: The victim is conscious and is suffocated by a foreign body, but the Heimlich maneuver can not be practiced; The objective here is to cause a superpressure in the lungs to dislodge 


the foreign body.

ORIENTERING  LORCA  ( LAS PALOMAS ) 17-1-2018

Today January 17 we went to Lorca to an orientation race, the race was not the only time I did with Ainhoa, Alba, Lydia and Maria, I was more or less like orienting my friends since I have more experience because last year I did several and I'm good. We found all the valizas with ease except one that we did not find it and we asked some children for help and they told us where it was. When I reached the finish line I felt very satisfied to have arrived. We spent a good time greeting our colleagues from other institutes.
For me it was not the best race I did but for the next one I will do better.

Gym class bulling

Pienso que no esta bien lo que han hecho los compañeros de la chica.

Porque la chica no sabe jugar al volley y la ponen a jugar sin enseñarle las reglas ni nada, siempre le tiran el balón a posta y  como no le da pues aprovechan para renegarle, le tiran el balón a ella y cuando va a dale la empujan para reírse de ella y una de sus compañeras le ofrecen ayuda. Cuando va al baño a hecharse agua  una de sus compañeras le quitan la bolsa de aseo para jugar con ella y una compañera le devuelve la bolsa de aseo.

En resumen pienso que no hay que reírse d elas personas y menos hacerle daño y si no sabe jugar ayudarla y ponerse en la piel del otro, ( tener empatía ) .
